This course is scheduled on opposite days with freshmen health. Each semester is worth .25 credits upon successful completion.

Students will be covering the three elements of Physical Fitness, which includes the strength, the stamina (endurance), and the suppleness (flexibility)

of an individual. Of paramount importance, is giving the student an understanding of how beneficial physical education can be to ones body now and

how it can help in the future. Activities will include some of the following but not all; soccer, flag football, field hockey, speed-a-way, basketball,

volleyball, step aerobics, floor hockey, swim instruction, water safety, water games and water workouts, tumbling and floor exercise, softball, track

and field.
